A mold certification is a thorough assessment conducted by certified professionals to determine if remediation efforts have returned the building to a condition 1 state. During a mold inspection, our certified experts visually examine the remediated areas, looking for visible signs of mold, continued water intrusion, and the moist conditions conducive to mold growth.

They also use specialized equipment to measure moisture levels and identify areas of potential hidden mold. The purpose of a mold certification is to provide an accurate evaluation of the mold remediation and its return to a condition 1 state.
